At PLG OMNI, we take pride in engineering high-quality tactical and print products. Due to the custom and specialized nature of our arsenal, standard returns are not permitted.
Defective Product Exchanges
Currently, we only accept exchanges on products that arrive defective or damaged. If your gear is compromised upon delivery, please initiate contact with HQ immediately to secure a tactical replacement.
To initiate an exchange, please fill out the specialized transmission form below with your Client ID, order details, and a description of the defect. We will authorize a replacement to be deployed as swiftly as possible.
